Lawsuit: Inmate Died After Being Held in Solitary for Drug Withdrawal

A Vermont prison inmate was placed in solitary confinement for drug withdrawal and died for want of adequate medical care, his family alleges in a lawsuit filed Wednesday. I take ativan 0.5 mg in the morning and at noon. In the evening, I take a 1 mg tablet. It helps me fall asleep really fast, and I don’t wake up at night. This drug has already become an integral part of my life. I know it shouldn’t be taken longer than for a few months, but my condition makes me take the pills for over a year now.
